the act of consigning property with a company to sell off the majority of the items remaining in a dwelling after the loss of a relative, property not moving with you during a downsizing, or the contents of a storage unit.
Who can hold an Estate Sale?
Anyone that owns or has the legal guardianship of property can consign the item for sale by Sage.
What can be sold in an Estate Sale?
Everything within the walls of your space can be sold. We strongly recommend that you have one of our experts come for a free consultation prior to editing and “cleaning out” your space. We have experienced experts that know the current market and what is sellable. We find that we are able to lay out a wide array of service options and a plan that will reduce the stress and work you have to do yourself.
Where can my items be sold?

When should I contact Sage?
We like to get started with a client as soon as you have the first sense that the “cleaning out” of your items is more then you can do alone. We find that we can be the most helpful to you early in the decision process.
